Health and Well-being: Brain Breaks! This resource includes 18 brain breaks, perfectly suitable for primary aged children, from 3 - 11 years old. I have specifically chosen something for everyone! This resource can be used to provide the perfect break the pupils need within the school day! Wet play? Brain break! Finished early? Brain break! Rowdy after lunch? Brain break!
